Holy Spirit,
Divine Consoler,
I adore You as my true God,
with God the Father and God the Son.
I adore You and unite myself to the adoration
You receive from the angels and saints.

I give You my heart
and I offer my ardent thanksgiving
for all the grace which You never cease to bestow on me.

O Giver of all supernatural gifts,
who filled the soul of the Blessed Virgin Mary,
Mother of God, with such immense favors,
I beg You to visit me with Your grace
and Your love and to grant me the gift of holy fear,
so that it may act on me as a check to prevent me
from falling back into my past sins,
for which I beg pardon.

Grant me the gift of piety,
so that I may serve You for the future with increased fervor,
follow with more promptness Your holy inspirations,
and observe your divine precepts with greater
fidelity.

Grant me the gift of knowledge,
so that I may know the things of God and,
enlightened by Your holy teaching, may walk,
without deviation, in the path of eternal
salvation.

Grant me the gift of fortitude,
so that I may overcome courageously all the assaults of the devil,
and all the dangers of this world which threaten the salvation of my soul.

Grant me the gift of counsel,
so that I may choose what is more conducive to my
spiritual advancement
and may discover the wiles and snares of the tempter.

Grant me the gift of understanding,
so that I may apprehend the divine mysteries
and by contemplation of heavenly things detach my thoughts
and affections from the vain things of this miserable
world.

Grant me the gift of wisdom,
so that I may rightly direct all my actions,
referring them to God as my last end;
so that, having loved Him and served Him in this life,
I may have the happiness of possessing Him eternally in the next.

Amen.

REASONS WHY WE AS CATHOLICS SHOULD WEAR A MIRACULOUS MEDAL

5 Reasons to Wear a Miraculous Medal

One of the most beloved medals in the Catholic Church is the Miraculous Medal, also known as the “Medal of the Immaculate Conception.” It is a devotional medal that was given by Our Blessed Virgin Mary herself to us through her apparitions to St. Catherine Laboure in Lourdes, France.

Here are 5 reasons why you should wear the Miraculous Medal now!

It’s a Medal Designed by the Blessed Virgin Herself!

The Miraculous Medal is a very special medal designed by the Blessed Virgin Mary herself! Unlike other medals, which are designed by human hands, the Miraculous Medal’s design is based on the exact specifications given by Our Lady herself to St. Catherine Laboure! In her apparitions to St. Catherine, she said: “Have a Medal struck after this model. All who wear it will receive great graces; they should wear it around the neck. Graces will abound for persons who wear it with confidence.'”

Many Miracles Have Been Granted to Wear the Miraculous Medal

When the medal first came into being, it wasn’t called the Miraculous Medal yet. In fact, it was initially just called the Medal of the Immaculate Conception. However, in less than ten years, it became known as the Miraculous Medal because of the many graces and wonders that quickly became associated with wearing it. Health was restored, sickness banished; bad habits broken, special graces given; dangers averted.
According to one source, between 1930 and 1950, more than 750,000 favors were granted and registered in just the city of Philadelphia alone.
Our Blessed Mother wants us to ask her for prayers. Our Lord wants us to go to Him and tell him what is on our minds and in our hearts. Having this medal around our necks at all times is a constant reminder to pray. And as Mary promised, those who wear it will receive great graces.

Great Saints Wore the Miraculous Medal

Some great saints throughout history wore the Miraculous Medal! St. Maximillian Kolbe and Blessed Mother Teresa of Calcutta are just two of the many saints throughout history who wore the Miraculous Medal. St. Maximilian Kolbe called the Miraculous Medal a “silver bullet” against evil.
Mother Teresa of Calcutta called the Miraculous Medal a “medal of charity” and gave it out by the hand to many people. She said that the medal is a sign that God loves each and every individual at each and every moment of our lives

They Show Dedication to Mary and Jesus

The front of the Miraculous Medal shows Mary and bears the inscription “O Mary, Conceived without Sin, Pray for us who have recourse to thee.” However, the reverse side shows an “M” the symbol for Mary, interwoven with a cross, a symbol for Jesus. This symbol is above the images of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Sacred Heart of Mary.
Just like all Catholic devotion to Mary, the significance of the Miraculous Medal comes from Mary’s connection to Jesus.

It’s a Reminder to Ask for Help

The images on the medal were designed by the Blessed Mother and spoken to St. Catherine Laboure. Our Blessed Mother said that the rays coming from some of her fingers demonstrate the graces God gives through her to those who ask and are open.
There are some fingers where no rays are shown. Mary said that is to demonstrate the graces that are not given because they were not requested of her. Just another reminder of Matthew 7:7; “Ask and it shall be given to you”.

REASONS WHY ROSARY IS SO POWERFUL

✝️10 Reasons Why the Rosary Is So Powerful📿

Satan hates God. Satan hates you. And Satan hates the Rosary.

Saints say it. Popes say it.

The Rosary is a powerful weapon against evil. But have you stopped to figure out why?

Here are 10 reasons why the Rosary prayer is the most powerful and how you can use it most fully.

1. It Engages Your Will.
The human will is powerful because it is a sharing in God’s power. He gives us the will to choose to do good or to do evil — and that will, in and of itself, is a powerful weapon in the spiritual realm. That’s why Satan seeks to enslave us and incapacitate our will through addictions. When our will is joined with God’s will through prayer we literally tap into God’s own power source.

2. It is Physical.
God has given us bodies and souls. Angels — and this includes demons — are purely spiritual creatures. They have no physical form and are therefore inferior to us. When we pray the Rosary we use our bodies. We hold the rosary beads with a crucifix. If possible we should adopt an intentionally physical posture for prayer — either walking, kneeling or sitting attentively. If possible we should also use other physical sacramentals like blessed candles, holy water, maybe some incense and holy pictures or statues. When we use the physical aspects of prayer we are using tools that we have and which Satan does not have.

3. It Engages our Linguistic Functions.
God has not only given us bodies — he has given us physical speech. We have tongues to praise him. We have vocal chords and breath to speak and sing. Satan does not have the means of physical speech. Animals do not have physical speech. Humans do. Therefore we should pray the Rosary out loud, moving our lips. This engages our physical bodies and our intellect through which we are able to produce speech.

4. It Involves Our Imagination.
The non-verbal part of our mind communicates through imagery. We not only think with language, but we think in pictures. Satan likes to captivate our imagination through sinful images. These images can be communicated through internet, television or any visual stimulus, but he also want our imagination to dwell in images that are destructive. So our imagination can be used for lustful fantasies, violent imaginations against our enemies or indulging in negative memories. When we meditate on the mysteries of the Rosary we engage that channel of our mind in a positive and purifying way. Meditating on the mysteries therefore cleanses our imagination and engages and uses the imagination to promote God’s will rather than evil.

5. The Rosary Occupies the Language Facility.
In order to allow the imagination to be properly cleansed through meditation it helps to switch into imagination mode. Unfortunately our minds usually function in a linguistic mode — using speech and speech concepts to think through problems, think about the future, plan what comes next, etc. By praying the Rosary this channel of our mind is occupied and the doors can open to the imagination and what I call the “sub-linguistic” parts of our being.

6. The Sub-Linguistic is Accessed.
Much of our soul work takes place in the realm of emotions. Emotions are not linguistic nor are they imaginative. They are just raw emotions. We feel angry. We feel rage. We feel lust. We feel bliss. We feel peace. True emotions are irrational and unexplainable. The emotional area of the soul is also the area where we have our foundational experiences. In the mother’s womb and in the pre-linguistic stages of life we experience life in an irrational and emotional way. As we pray the Rosary and the linguistic channel is occupied and the imaginative channel is occupied the Holy Spirit can access the sub-linguistic, deep down, raw experiences of our earliest days. If there are wounds and bad emotional memories there Mother Mary can heal them.

7. The Healing Mysteries are Applied.
I have written more about how this works in my book Praying the Rosary for Inner Healing but suffice it to say that as we pray the Rosary, the mysteries of Christ’s birth, ministry, passion and glory are opened up and the Holy Spirit applies them to our own inner needs. Where there are impurities, they are purged. Where there are bad memories, they are healed. Where there are wounds, Doctor Jesus and Nurse Mary minister to our needs.

8. Spiritual Warfare is Engaged.
Satan hates the Rosary. He hates Mary. He hates the gospel. He hates God. He hates Christ the Lord. He hates the Lord’s Prayer. He hates the Hail Mary. He hates you. Every time you pray the Rosary, because of what I outlined above, you are entering the territory that he wants to claim as his own. He wants control over your will — you take that from him. He wants control over your speech — you take that from him. He wants control over your imagination — you take that from him. He wants control over your emotions and your early life — you take that from him.

9. The Battle Against Evil in the Word in Opened.
I have written more about this in my second book on the Rosary called Praying the Rosary for Spiritual Warfare. Here I can say that in many ways the mysteries of the gospel bring alive Christ’s victory over Satan, and by praying the Rosary we can apply those victories against Satan’s work in the world.

10. It is Accessible and Easy for All.
The fantastically amazing thing about the Rosary is that God does this very deep healing work in individual lives and in the world in this most accessible and easy way. No need for long sessions of psychoanalysis or counseling for most people. Instead ordinary men, women and boys and girls can simply pray the Rosary. All these good things happen even when they are unaware that these deep aspect of praying the Rosary are taking place. It doesn’t matter who — an old peasant woman or a smart college professor, a little child or a busy mom. Billions of Catholics. All can pray the Rosary.

WHAT IS IDOLATRY?

✝️Statues of Mary and the Saints?
Is it idolatry?

“You Shall not make for yourself a graven image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is the water under the earth; for I the Lord your God am a jealous God….”
(Ex 20:3-5).

Many Protestant Christians will accuse Catholic Christians of making idols and quote the above text. What they fail to do is understand the above text in its context. Throughout the history of God’s people, there is always a tendency to fall away from the worship of the One, True God and adopt the pagan practice of worshipping false idols.

In modern times those idols are: money, sex, status, etc. When the Jews were under the bondage of the Egyptians there was a temptation to worship the animal like gods of the Egyptians. Many of the Egyptian gods were made in the images of jackals, birds and other animals. In the above text God is making an direct condemnation of this practice when he says do not make a graven image of anything in heaven, the earth, under the earth and in the water.

God is not condemning the making of all images, just images that one would worship as a false god. Just 5 chapters later in Exodus 25: 17-22 God actually commands Moses to make graven images of two cherub (angels) to be part of the mercy seat of the Ark of the Covenant.

“And you shall make two cherubim of gold; of hammered work shall you make them, on the two ends of the mercy seat. Make one cherub on the one end, and on cherub on the other end; of one piece with the mercy seat shall you make the cherubim on its two ends. The cherubim shall spread out its wings above, overshadowing the mercy seat with their wings, their faces one to another; toward the mercy seat shall the faces of the cherubim.”

Is God contradicting himself ?
No, God condemns the practice of making false idols to be worshiped as gods as in the case of the golden calf, not images that are used to aid in the worship of God as in the case of the cherub on the Ark of the Covenant. In Exodus 32:1 the people said to Aaron “Up, make us gods, who shall go before us; as for this Moses, the man who brought us up out of the land of Egypt, we do not know what has become of him.” The above text is what God is condemning in Exodus 20, making images or statues and proclaiming them to be gods. Another good reference to God commanding man to make graven images is in Numbers 24:8-9 with the bronze serpent.

“And the Lord said to Moses, “Make a fiery serpent, and set it on a pole; and every one who is bitten, when he sees it, shall live.” So Moses made a bronze serpent, and set it on a pole; and if a serpent bit any man, he would look at the bronze serpent and live.”

God is working his life saving grace through a graven image. Our God is a God of materials; always working his grace through things and people he has created (prophets, priest, angels, water, mud, a bronze snake, Moses’ staff, wine, bread, oil, etc). Twice here we have shown from scripture that God commanded the creation of graven images. If a graven image is made with the intentions to worship as a false god, then this is idolatry, but if the image is made to aid in the worship of God and not be worshiped itself as in the case of the Cherub and the Bronze serpent it is actually beneficial to the Christian people.

DANGERS OF BEING CURSED BY PARENTS

7 DANGERS OF BEING CURSED BY PARENTS

A mother brought her possessed child to Padre Pio. The child was howling in the Church making a commotion. He helped free the child from the demon and then told the mother "Tell your husband not to curse or the demon will return."

Children never anger your parents even his mind fails, be considerate to them.

(STORY OF PADRE PIO)

Here are seven dangers of being cursed by parents, as noted by exorcists:

1. Fr. Gabriele Amorth: "One can be struck by evil because of a curse from one's parents."

2. Fr. Chad Ripperger : "If one is cursed by one's parents, then it can have a very serious effect upon a person."

3. Fr. Jose Antonio Fortea: "Curses pronounced by one's parents can cause serious harm to the person cursed."

4. Fr. Malachi Martin : "The curses of parents can have profound and lasting effects on their children's lives."

5. Fr. Gary Thomas: "Curses from parents can open up a person to spiritual attack and influence."

6. Fr. Francesco Bamonte: "Curses from parents can lead to a variety of spiritual and psychological problems."

7. Fr. Jose Francisco Syquia: "Being cursed by one's parents can lead to a life of hardship and suffering."

In addition to these dangers, it is important to remember the wisdom of honoring and obeying one's parents. Happy children are often obedient children, and accepting one's cross and suffering can lead to spiritual growth and maturity.

Holy Remedy:

If one believes they have been cursed by their parents and wishes to renounce this curse in front of the Blessed Sacrament, they can use the following Catholic prayer (But it is advisable that one Must make a General and Good Confession and receive the Holy Eucharist in tongue and kneeling to make it efficient)

"In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

I renounce any curse that has been spoken over by my parents, whether knowingly or unknowingly. I renounce any negative words, intentions, or actions that have been directed towards me. I ask for God's forgiveness and mercy for any way in which I may have contributed to these curses through my own actions or attitudes.

Mama Mary, intercede for me with your motherly love and protection. May the Most Precious Blood of Jesus wash away any curse or negativity that has been spoken against me that cause oppression in my life, my relationship, my property and my family.

Holy Trinity, Father, Son, and Holy Ghost, I place my trust in Your divine mercy and ask for Your healing and protection.

St. Michael the Archangel, defend me in battle. Be my safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May you, O Prince of the Heavenly Host, by the power of God, cast into hell Satan and all evil spirits who prowl about the world seeking the ruin of souls.

Guardian Angel, watch over me and guide me. Help me to renounce these curses with sincerity and to walk in the light of God's love and truth.

I make this renunciation and prayer in the presence of the Blessed Sacrament in the Real Presence of my Lord Jesus Christ, asking for God's grace and protection in my life. I also resolve to make a general confession of all my sins, seeking God's forgiveness and healing in all areas of my life.

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen." 3x

Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come, thy will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil. Amen. 3x

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed art thou among women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death. Amen. 3x

Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen. 3x

In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost. Amen."

Responsibilities to Parents*
(Sirach 3)

1
Children, listen to me, your father;

act accordingly, that you may be safe.

2
For the Lord sets a father in honor over his children

and confirms a mother’s authority over her sons.

3
Those who honor their father atone for sins;

4
Those store up riches who respect their mother.

5
Those who honor their father will have joy in their own children,

and when they pray they are heard.

6
Those who respect their father will live a long life;

those who obey the Lord honor their mother.

7
Those who fear the Lord honor their father,

and serve their parents as masters.

8
In word and deed honor your father,

that all blessings may come to you.a

9
A father’s blessing gives a person firm roots,

but a mother’s curse uproots the growing plant.

10
Do not glory in your father’s disgrace,

for that is no glory to you!

11
A father’s glory is glory also for oneself;

they multiply sin who demean their mother.

12
My son, be steadfast in honoring your father;

do not grieve him as long as he lives.

13
Even if his mind fails, be considerate of him;

do not revile him because you are in your prime.

14
Kindness to a father will not be forgotten;

it will serve as a sin offering—it will take lasting root.

15
In time of trouble it will be recalled to your advantage,

like warmth upon frost it will melt away your sins.

16
Those who neglect their father are like blasphemers;

those who provoke their mother are accursed by their Creator.

THE THREE SACRED HEARTS

FIRST FRIDAY:
1. The first Friday of each month was designated by Jesus himself as consecrated to honoring his Sacred Heart, to increase our love for Him in Holy Communion by receiving Our Lord Jesus Christ on first Friday and to make reparation for past and present offenses against His love. Those that keep the first Friday devotion receive 12 promises.

FIRST SATURDAY:
2. “See, my daughter, My Heart surrounded with thorns with which ingrates pierce me at every moment with blasphemies and ingratitude. You, at least, make sure to console me and announce that all those who for five months, on the first Saturdays, go to confession, receive Communion, say five decades of the Rosary and keep me company for 15 minutes meditating on the mysteries of the Rosary, with the purpose of making reparation to Me, I promise to assist them at the hour of death with all the graces necessary for the salvation of their souls." ~ Our of Lady of Fatima to Sister Lucia

FIRST WEDNESDAY:
3. Wednesdays are dedicated to Saint Joseph, but especially the first Wednesday of the month where you can offer your Holy Communion to his Most Chaste Heart that he would continue to intercede and protect you and your family.

A BEAUTIFUL CATHOLIC WEDDING TRADITION

A beautiful Catholic marriage tradition ❤️
Share to inspire ...

When the bride and bridegroom go to the church to be married they carry a Crucifix with them. The priest blesses the Crucifix and instead of saying that they have found the ideal partner with whom to share their lives, he exclaims, “You have found your Cross! It is a Cross to love, to carry with you, a Cross that is not to be thrown off, but rather cherished.” When they interchange the marital vows, the bride puts her right hand on this Crucifix and the groom puts his right hand over hers. Both are bound together and united to the Cross. The priest covers their hands with his stole while they pronounce their promises to love one other in good times and in bad, proclaiming their vows to be faithful according to the rites of the Church. Then they both first kiss the Cross, not each other. If one abandons the other, they abandon Christ on the Cross. They lose Jesus! After the wedding, the newly-weds cross the threshold of their home to enthrone that same Crucifix in a place of honour. It becomes the reference point of their lives and the place of family prayer, for the young couple believes deeply that the family is born of the Cross.

Spiritual Communion

SPIRITUAL COMMUNION is an ardent desire to receive Jesus in the Most Holy Sacrament and lovingly embrace Him at a time or in circumstances when one cannot receive Him in Sacramental Communion. The impeding circumstances might be a variety of things: the person could already be “maxed out” because they have already received Holy Communion twice that day; or the person could be in prison and unable to attend Mass; or the person is very ill or might be elderly and at home watching Mass on the television or listening to it on the radio.

A Spiritual Communion is when you have that moment you recognize you are hungry for Jesus Christ, and you can’t physically get to church and receive the Real Presence in the Body and the Blood.

An Act of Spiritual Communion

My Jesus,
I believe that You are present in the Most Holy Sacrament.
I love You above all things,
and I desire to receive You into my soul.
Since I cannot at this moment receive You sacramentally,
come at least spiritually into my heart.
I embrace You as if You were already there
and unite myself wholly to You.
Never permit me to be separated from You.

Amen.

PRAYER TO THE GUARDIAN ANGEL BY SAINT PADRE PIO

ST. "Padre" PIO'S GUARDIAN ANGEL PRAYER

Oh, my Holy guardian Angel, care for my soul and my body. Enlighten my mind that I may better know the Lord my God and love Him with all my heart.  Watch over me when I pray so I won’t give into life’s distractions.  Sustain me with your counsel as I live as righteous Christian, and help me to do good works with a giving heart.

Protect me from the cunning of the adversary, and lift me up when I am being tempted so I may win the fight against evil.  Stay beside me at all times, never stop watching over me until I’m called back to the father’s house, where we will praise together our Great God for all eternity.  Amen.

The Immaculate Conception: A Profound Spiritual Beacon in Today's World

The Immaculate Conception stands as a cornerstone of Catholic doctrine, a belief that has resonated through centuries and continues to shape the spiritual landscape of believers today. In this blog, we explore the significance of the Immaculate Conception and its impact on our spiritual lives in the modern era.

Understanding the Immaculate Conception:
The Immaculate Conception refers to the belief that Mary, the mother of Jesus, was conceived without original sin. This immaculateness set her apart, making her a vessel worthy of carrying the Son of God. The dogma was formally defined by Pope Pius IX in 1854, solidifying its importance within Catholic theology.

IMPACT ON OUR LIVES TODAY

Purity and Holiness: The Immaculate Conception inspires believers to strive for purity and holiness in their lives. Mary's sinless nature serves as a model, encouraging individuals to lead lives free from the burdens of sin, fostering a deeper connection with the God.

Hope and Redemption: Mary's immaculate state signifies the possibility of redemption and renewal. In a world often marred by sin and despair, the Immaculate Conception offers hope, reminding believers that through faith and grace, they too can find redemption and restoration.

Model for Virtuous Living: Mary's life becomes a roadmap for virtuous living. Her obedience, humility, and unwavering faith serve as examples for navigating the complexities of the modern world. The Immaculate Conception challenges believers to emulate these virtues in their daily lives.

Intercession and Connection: The belief in the Immaculate Conception establishes Mary as a powerful intercessor. Many turn to her for guidance, seeking a connection with God through her immaculate heart. This spiritual connection provides solace and strength in times of need.

Fostering a Culture of Respect for Life: The Immaculate Conception, tied closely to the sanctity of life, encourages a culture of respect for life from its very inception. This extends beyond the theological realm into contemporary issues, such as the sanctity of human life, social justice, and environmental stewardship.

Conclusion:
The Immaculate Conception continues to exert a profound influence on the spiritual lives of believers today. Through its teachings, individuals find inspiration to lead lives of virtue, seek redemption, and cultivate a deep connection with God. As we navigate the complexities of the modern world, the Immaculate Conception serves as a timeless beacon, guiding us toward a path of holiness, hope, and spiritual fulfillment

Saint Albert the Great, Celebrated on November 15th

Saint Albert the Great, Celebrated on November 15th

Saint Albert the Great, born in the early 13th century, holds a significant place in the history of the Catholic Church. Celebrated on November 15th, his life and contributions are a testament to the pursuit of knowledge, wisdom, and a deep commitment to both science and spirituality.

Albertus Magnus, as he is also known, was born in Lauingen, Swabia, around the year 1200. He joined the Dominican Order and embarked on a remarkable journey of scholarship and teaching. His intellectual pursuits covered a wide range of subjects, earning him the title "Doctor Universalis" or Universal Doctor. Saint Albert was a pioneer in integrating faith with reason, emphasizing the compatibility between science and theology.

One of Saint Albert's notable achievements lies in his contributions to natural science. At a time when the scientific method was in its infancy, he explored and wrote extensively on various branches of science, including physics, astronomy, chemistry, and biology. His observations and writings laid the groundwork for future scientific advancements, showcasing the harmony between the study of the natural world and religious beliefs.

As a teacher, Saint Albert played a pivotal role in shaping the minds of his students, including the renowned Saint Thomas Aquinas. His pedagogical approach emphasized the importance of critical thinking and the pursuit of knowledge as a means of understanding God's creation. Saint Albert's teachings continue to inspire scholars and students, fostering a legacy that transcends centuries.
Beyond his intellectual pursuits, Saint Albert was known for his humility, kindness, and commitment to the well-being of others. His life exemplified the integration of faith into daily living, serving as a model for those seeking a harmonious balance between spirituality and intellectual exploration.

The canonization of Saint Albert the Great in 1931 affirmed the enduring impact of his life and teachings. On November 15th each year, the Catholic Church commemorates this saint, offering believers a chance to reflect on the intersection of faith and reason and to draw inspiration from a figure whose legacy continues to resonate in both religious and academic circles.

In conclusion, Saint Albert the Great's feast day on November 15th invites us to celebrate a remarkable figure whose contributions to science, education, and spirituality have left an indelible mark on history. His life serves as a reminder that the pursuit of knowledge and the practice of faith can coexist harmoniously, encouraging us to seek wisdom with a humble and open heart.

Important Points For Catholics To Remember

REMEMBER THIS:

Men and women are distinct - check your DNAs.

Pets are not kids - of course they are but don't ever overdo loving creatures created by God.

BFs and GFs are not spouses - don't fornicate. Be celibate until the time is right.

The internet is not the local church - don't swallow anything anybody tells you not unless he has the credentials to show and you can discern dogma from opinion.

Words are not guns -  Use words wisely. take note the tongue is the most uncontrollable part of the body figuratively speaking. The heart and mind are in constant contradiction thus the word "tongue-tied".

Feelings are not facts - for the highly opinionated. Don't always use feeling, think and use your judgement wisely.

Creatures are not the Creator - Know and remember God almighty is our head. You should know what our head and tail are for.

Sin is not righteous - true, it is only right to avoid it, prevent it, confess it, and do penance for it. Sometimes when we want something, we close our eyes even if we know it is not right.

HOW TO BE A GOOD CATHOLIC CHRISTIAN?

Being a good Catholic Christian involves living your life in accordance with the teachings and principles of the Catholic Church. Here are some fundamental steps to help you on your journey:

Attend Mass Regularly: Attend Mass every Sunday and on holy days of obligation. This is a central act of worship in the Catholic faith.

Prayer: Establish a regular prayer routine. This includes personal prayer, saying grace before meals, and using traditional Catholic prayers like the Our Father, Hail Mary, and Rosary.

Read and Study the Bible:
The Bible is a fundamental text for Catholics. Read and study it to deepen your understanding of the faith. You can also consider joining a Bible study group at your local parish.

Receive the Sacraments:
Participate in the sacraments, including Baptism, Confirmation, Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist, Marriage (if applicable), Anointing of the Sick, and Holy Orders (if you become a priest or nun).

Adhere to Catholic Morality: Live a life in line with Catholic moral teachings. This includes respecting the sanctity of life, the dignity of all persons, and following the Ten Commandments.

Confession: Go to the sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) regularly to seek forgiveness for sins and to receive spiritual guidance.

Serve Others: Engage in acts of charity and service. The Catholic Church places a strong emphasis on helping those in need.

Community Involvement: Be an active member of your local parish. Joining parish groups and organizations can help you build a strong sense of community and support.

Learn from the Saints: Study the lives of saints and try to emulate their virtues and holiness in your own life.

Educate Yourself: Continually deepen your understanding of Catholic teachings and theology. Attend classes, read books, and seek guidance from knowledgeable individuals.

Moral and Ethical Decisions: Make moral and ethical decisions in your daily life. Consult with your priest or spiritual advisor when facing difficult choices.

Pray for Guidance: Seek God's guidance in your life through prayer. Be open to discerning God's will for your life and following it.

Fasting and Penance: Practice fasting and penance, especially during Lent and on other prescribed days, as a way to grow in self-discipline and spirituality.

Respect for Authority: Respect the authority of the Pope and the teachings of the Magisterium (the teaching authority of the Church).

Spread the Gospel: Share your faith with others, both through your words and your actions. Be a positive example of a Catholic Christian.
