ALL SAINTS DAY- INCORRUPTIBLE SAINTS

THE INCORRUPTIBLE SAINTS OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH
 (all are great Marian devotees true followers of Jesus Christ Rev 12:17)

All Saints Day Special

"You will not allow your holy one to see corruption" - Psalm 16:10

The Incorruptibles are saints whose bodies are miraculously preserved after death, defying the normal process of decomposition. St. Cecilia is probably the first saint known to be incorrupt, but the bodies of these saints can be found in many places throughout the world.
They are not like mummies, for their skin is soft and their limbs pliable, nothing at all like the dry, skeletal remains of mummies. Under usual circumstances, nothing at all has been done to preserve the bodies of these saints. In fact, some of them have been covered in quicklime, which should have easily destroyed any human remains, yet it has no effect of these saints. Many of them also give off a sweet, unearthly odor, and others produce blood or oils that defy any scientific explanation.

Incorruptibility is a Roman Catholic and Eastern Orthodox belief that supernatural (or Godly) intervention allows some human bodies (specifically saints) to avoid the normal process of decomposition after death as a sign of their holiness. Bodies that reportedly undergo little or no decomposition, or delayed decomposition, are sometimes referred to as incorrupt or incorruptible.

In the mystery of our Catholic Faith, if a body remains incorruptible after death, this is generally seen as a sign that the individual is a saint. Not every saint, however, is expected to have an incorruptible corpse. Although incorruptibility is recognized as supernatural, it is no longer counted as a miracle in the recognition of a saint.

Embalmed bodies were not recognized as incorruptibles. For example, while the body of Pope John XXIII remained in a remarkably intact state after its exhumation, Church officials quickly remarked that the body had been embalmed and additionally there was a lack of oxygen in his sealed triple coffin.

Incorruptibility is seen as distinct from the good preservation of a body, or from mummification. Incorruptible bodies are often said to have the odor of sanctity, exuding a sweet or floral, pleasant aroma.

Challenge or ask any Protestant or any none Catholics if they found any supernaturally incorrupt bodies of any members of their group or sect? they will give you a blank stare..because there are NONE!!

It is interesting to know that there are 250 known Catholic saints whose body are incorruptibles there were many more but during the Protestant revolution many of the incorruptible were destroyed or burnt by the protestants:

Psalm 91- Prayer For Protection From The Bible At This Time of Pandemic

📙 Let us read and say this protection prayer from the Bible. In this time of Covid19 pandemic,let this be our reflection of trust in God's love and mercy upon us. Let God's word build our trust in Him and let it embrace us as our shield and protection...🙏 🕯 ♥

Psalm 91
Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
    will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.[a]
I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
    my God, in whom I trust.”
Surely he will save you
    from the fowler’s snare
    and from the deadly pestilence.
He will cover you with his feathers,
    and under his wings you will find refuge;
    his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
You will not fear the terror of night,
    nor the arrow that flies by day,
nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
    nor the plague that destroys at midday.
A thousand may fall at your side,
    ten thousand at your right hand,
    but it will not come near you.
You will only observe with your eyes
    and see the punishment of the wicked.
If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
    and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
    no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
    to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
    so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
    you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 “Because he[b] loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
    I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
    I will be with him in trouble,
    I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
    and show him my salvation.

LOVING MOTHER, PLEASE HELP US IN OUR NEEDS

LOVING MOTHER, PLEASE HELP US IN OUR NEEDS

Dear Mother of Perpetual Help
 from the cross  Jesus gave you to us for our Mother.
 You are the kindest, the most loving of all mothers.
 Look tenderly on us your children
as we now ask you to help us in all our needs
 especially this one (Pause to recall your petitions).
While you were on earth, dear Mother
you willingly shared in the sufferings of your Son.
 Strengthened by your faith and confidence
 in the fatherly love of God
you accepted the mysterious designs of His Will.
 We, too, have our crosses and trials.
Sometimes they almost crush us to the ground.
 Dearest Mother,
 share with us your abundant faith and confidence in God.
 Make us aware that God never ceases to love us;
that He answers all our prayers
 in the way that is best for us.
Strengthen our hearts to carry the cross
in the footsteps of your Divine Son.
Help us to realize  that he who shares the cross of Christ
 will certainly share His resurrection.
Dearest Mother,
as we worry about our own problems
 let us not forget the needs of others.
 You always love others so much;
 help us to do the same.
While praying for our own intentions
 and for the intentions of all here present at this Novena
 we earnestly ask you, our Mother
 to help us comfort the sick and the dying
give hope to the poor and unemployed
heal the brokenhearted
 walk in solidarity with the oppressed
 teach justice to their oppressors
and bring back to God all those who have offended Him.
Dearest Mother,
 help us to avoid sin  which separates us
 from our heavenly Father and from one another.
Full of trust in you, we place ourselves under the mantle of your maternal protection
and confidently hope for your compassionate intercession.
Amen.

A Gentle Reminders From Pope Francis

A Gentle Reminder From Pope Francis

This life will go by fast.

Don't fight with people, don't criticize your body so much, don't complain so much.

Don't lose sleep over your bills. Look for the person that makes you happy. If you make a mistake, let it go and keep seeking your happiness.

Never stop being a good parent. Don't worry so much about buying luxuries and comforts for your home, and don't kill yourself trying to leave an inheritance for your family. Those benefits should be earned by each person, so don't dedicate yourself to accumulating money.

Enjoy, travel, enjoy your journeys, see new places, give yourself the pleasures you deserve. Allow dogs to get closer. Don't put away the fine glassware. Utilize the new dinnerware; don't save your favorite perfume, use it to go out with yourself; wear out your favorite sport shoes; repeat your favorite clothes.

So what? That's not bad. Why not now? Why not pray now instead of waiting until before you sleep? Why not call now? Why not forgive now? We wait so long for Christmas; for Friday; for Reunions; for another year; for when I have money; for love to come; when everything is perfect...look...

Everything perfect doesn't exist. Human beings can't accomplish this because it simply was not intended to be completed here. Here is an opportunity to learn.

So take this challenge that is life and do it now...love more, forgive more, embrace more, love more intensely and leave the rest in God's hands. Amen.

A WORKER'S PRAYER TO SAINT JOSEPH

IN PRAISE OF SAINT JOSEPH

JOSEPH, patron saint of workers, blending skill with charity, silent carpenter, we praise you! Joining work with honesty, you taught Christ with joy to labor, sharing his nobility.

JOSEPH, close to Christ and Mary, lived with them in poverty, shared with them their home and labor, worked with noble dignity. May we seek God’s will as you did, leader of his family!

JOSEPH, inspiration for workers, man of faith and charity, make us honest, humble, faithful, strong with Christ’s true liberty, Make our labor and our leisure fruitful to eternity! AMEN.

PROTECTION PRAYER AFTER EARTHQUAKE

PRAYER AFTER EARTHQUAKE🙏

Lord, at times such as this, when we realize that the ground beneath our feet is not as solid as we had imagined, we plead for your mercy.

As the things we have built crumble about us, we know too well how small we truly are on this ever-changing and ever-moving fragile planet we call home.

We are afraid of the next tremor, comfort us Lord. Be our rock when the earth refuses to stand still, and shelter us under your wings.

For though the mountains may leave their place, and the hills tossed to the ground, your love shall never leave us.

Our help is in the name of the Lord, now and forever.

Amen❤

Keep safe everyone 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

WHAT WILL END OF THE WORLD BE ACCORDING TO SAINT PADRE PIO

Not many know that Padre Pio among so many gifts had a very special one, that of prophecy and the Lord Jesus Christ himself communicated with him, and in a letter of 1959 addressed to his superior, Padre Pio tells the revelation that Jesus made about the end of the world.

The epistle, attributed to Padre Pio, is quite long, full of messages, so we will only take an extract with 12 messages taken from the book by Renzo Baschera “I grandi profeti”

1. The world is walking in ruins. Men have abandoned the right path to venture on roads that end in the desert of violence … If they do not drink from the source of humility, charity and love, it will be a catastrophe.

2. Terrible things will come. I can no longer intercede for men. Divine piety is about to end. Man had been created to love life, and ended up destroying life …

3. When the world was entrusted to man, it was a garden. Man has turned it into an atmosphere full of poisons. Nothing now serves to purify the house of man. A deep work is necessary, which can only come from heaven.

4. Prepare to live three days in total darkness. These three days are very close … And in these days they will remain as dead without eating or drinking. Then the light will return. But many will be the men who will not see it anymore.

5. Many people will escape scared. It will run without a goal. They will say that there is salvation to the east and people will run to the east, but it will fall on a cliff. They will say that to the west there is salvation and people will run to the west, but they will fall into a furnace.

6. The earth will tremble and the panic will be great … The Earth is sick. The earthquake will be like a snake: they will feel it crawling everywhere. And many stones will fall. And many men will perish.

7. You are like ants, because the time will come when men will take their eyes off for a crumb of bread. Businesses will be looted, warehouses will be taken in assault and destroyed. Poor will be one who in those dark days will be without a candle, without a jug of water and without the necessary for three months.

8. A land will disappear … a great land. A country will be erased forever from geographical maps … And with it history, wealth and men will be dragged into the mud.

9. The love of man for man has become an empty word. How can you expect Jesus to love you, if you do not even love those who eat at your own table? … Of the wrath of God men of science will not be forgiven, but men of heart.

10. I’m desperate … I do not know what to do for humanity to repent. If you continue on this path, the tremendous wrath of God will be unleashed like a tremendous thunderbolt.

11. A meteorite will fall on the earth and everything will shine. It will be a disaster, much worse than a war. Many things will be canceled. And this will be one of the signs …

12. Men will live a tragic experience. Many will be overwhelmed by the river, many will be burned by fire, many will be buried by poisons … But I will stay close to the pure of heart.

Really to think and meditate, but when will this day happen? The key is in the same Bible 2 Peter 3, 2-13

And to be attentive, because the Lord will come like a thief

SHARE THIS AND BE BLESSED

OH, MY LORD AND SAVIOR, HEAR MY PLEAS

OH, MY LORD AND SAVIOR,
support me in that hour
in the strong arms of Your Sacraments,
and by the fresh fragrance of Your consolations.
Let the absolving words be said over me,
and the holy oil sign and seal me,
and Your own Body be my food,
and Your Blood my sprinkling;
and let my sweet Mother, Mary, breathe on me,
 and my Angel whisper peace to me,
and my glorious Saints smile upon me;
that in them all, and through them all,
I may receive the gift of perseverance,
and die, as I desire to live,
in Your faith, in Your Church,
in Your service, and in Your love.
Amen.

THE MIRACLE OF MOTHER TERESA

The Miracle That Resulted From Praying To Mother Teresa of Calcutta

Father Elmiran Ferreira Santos is the parish priest of Our Lady of Aparecida Parish in Brazil. He testified the miraculous work prayers to Mother Teresa of Calcutta have had on the life of his parishioner.

One afternoon as Father Santos arrived to his parish from a Mass outside the parish, he met a parishioner of his waiting to see him with her seriously ill husband who had been diagnosed with several brain tumors. "The husband's condition had deteriorated and he had been placed in the ICU," Father Santos said. "The wife just didn't know who to turn to."

Father Santos said he asked the woman to join him in prayer as they prayed to Mother Teresa for her help to intercede for the man's healing. After the prayer, Father Santos recalled a medal he got from the nuns at the Mass he just arrived from, and gave it to the woman. He urged her to pray more fervently in the days to come with her family for her husband.

Within two days the woman's husband was healed, the doctors examined and cleared him of the brain tumors completely.

"When a complete recovery of his health was seen and the doctors could not explain how, I understood that Blessed Mother Teresa had helped," said Father Santos.

Father Santos shared the testimony of this miracle with the nuns who gave him the medal and the nuns shared it with their superior. The Doctor that handled the man's case happened to be the Pope's doctor when Pope visited Brazil in 2013, so the testimony got to the Pope through the doctor. The testimony has spread all through the parish, the diocese and beyond. A week later, Vatican representatives were there to hear testimony from witnesses, medical experts and theologians with four sessions over four days.

After a vivid investigation the diocese confirmed the miracle to be valid and true. With God all things are possible.

St. Teresa of Calcutta, pray for us.

Let Us Pray

Hail, Holy Queen

Hail, Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, hail our life, our sweetness and our hope! To thee do we cry, poor banished children of Eve; to thee do we send up our sighs, mourning and weeping in this valley of tears. V - Pray for us, most holy mother of God.

R - That we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ.

The Memorare

Remember, O most Gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of Virgins, my mother. To thee do I cry, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer me. Amen

Hail Mary

Hail Mary full of Grace, the Lord is with thee. Blessed are thou among women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death. Amen

A TRUE STORY OF CONVERSION FROM BEING PROTESTANT TO CATHOLIC

🌸 A TRUE STORY

A little six-year-old Protestant boy had often heard his Catholic companions reciting the prayer "Hail Mary." He liked it so much that he copied it, memorized it and would recite it every day. "Look, Mommy, what a beautiful prayer," he said to his mother one day.

"Never again say it," answered the mother. "It is a superstitious prayer of Catholics who adore idols and think Mary a goddess. After all, she is a woman like any other. Come on, take this Bible and read it. It contains everything that we are bound to do and have to do." From that day on the little boy discontinued his daily "Hail Mary" and gave himself more time to reading the Bible instead.

One day, while reading the Gospel, he came across the passage about the Annunciation of the Angel to Our Lady. Full of joy, the little boy ran to his mother and said: "Mommy, I have found the 'Hail Mary' in the Bible which says: 'Hail full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women.' Why do you call it a superstitious prayer?"

On another occasion he found that beautiful Salutation of St. Elizabeth to the Virgin Mary and the wonderful canticle MAGNIFICAT in which Mary foretold that "the generations would call her blessed."

He said no more about it to his mother but started to recite the "Hail Mary" every day as before. He felt pleasure in addressing those charming words to the Mother of Jesus, our Savior.

When he was fourteen, he one day heard a discussion on Our Lady among the members of his family. Every one said that Mary was a common woman like any other woman. The boy, after listening to their erroneous reasoning could not bear it any longer, and full of indignation, he interrupted them, saying:

"Mary is not like any other children of Adam, stained with sin. No! The Angel called her FULL OF GRACE AND BLESSED AMONGST WOMEN. Mary is the Mother of Jesus Christ and consequently Mother of God. There is no higher dignity to which a creature can be raised. The Gospel says that the generations will proclaim her blessed and you are trying to despise her and look down on her. Your spirit is not the spirit of the Gospel or of the Bible which you proclaim to be the foundation of the Christian religion."

So deep was the impression which the boy's talk had made that his mother many times cried out sorrowfully: "Oh my God! I fear that this son of mine will one day join the Catholic religion, the religion of Popes!" And indeed, not very long afterwards, having made a serious study of both Protestantism and Catholicism, the boy found the latter to be the only true religion and embraced it and became one of its most ardent apostles.

Some time after his conversion, he met his married sister who rebuked him and said indignantly: "You little know how much I love my children. Should any one of them desire to become a Catholic, I would sooner pierce his heart with a dagger than allow him to embrace the religion of the Popes!"

Her anger and temper were as furious as those of St. Paul before his conversion. However, she would change her ways, just as St. Paul did on his way to Damascus. It so happened that one of her sons fell dangerously ill and the doctors gave up hope of recovery. Her brother then approached her and spoke to her affectionately, saying:

"My dear sister, you naturally wish to have your child cured. Very well, then, do what I ask you to do. Follow me, let us pray one 'Hail Mary' and promise God that, if your son recovers his health, you would seriously study the Catholic doctrine, and should you come to the conclusion that Catholicism is the only true religion, you would embrace it no matter what the sacrifices may be."

His sister was somewhat reluctant at the beginning, but as she wished for her son's recovery, she accepted her brother's proposal and recited the "Hail Mary" together with him. The next day her son was completely cured. The mother fulfilled her promise and she studied the Catholic doctrine. After long preparation she received Baptism together with her whole family, thanking her brother for being an apostle to her.

The story was related during a sermon given by the Rev. Fr. Tuckwell. "Brethren," he went on and said, "the boy who became a Catholic and converted his sister to Catholicism dedicated his whole life to the service of God. He is the priest who is speaking to you now! What I am I owe to Our Lady. You, too, my dear brethren, be entirely dedicated also to Our Lady and never let a day pass without saying the beautiful prayer, 'Hail Mary', and your Rosary. Ask her to enlighten the minds of Protestants who are separated from the true Church of Christ founded on the Rock (Peter) and 'against whom the gates of hell shall never prevail.'"

“Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us now and at the hour of our death.”

"Continue to pray the Rosary every day."

Please Share this if you love Mother Mary.

Prayer To Become Positive in Outlook and Behaviour

Dear Lord Jesus,

Keep us O God from all pettiness. Let us be large in thought, in word and in deed. Let us be done with fault finding and leave off all self seeking.

May we put away all pretense and meet each other face to face without self pity and without prejudice. May we never be hasty in judgement and always be generous. Let us always take time for all things and make us grow calm, serene and gentle. Teach us to put into action our better impulses, to be straight forward and unafraid.

Grant that we may realize that it is the little things of life that make differences, that in big things of life we are as one. And Lord let us not forget to be kind.

Amen.

UPLIFT YOUR FAITH: READ THE GOSPEL TODAY FOR INSPIRATIONS AND BLESSINGS

Do you have supplications in life? Are you complaining when will God answer your prayers?
The Gospels reveals that we are symbolically nourished for all that we are called to do in our daily discipleship, our mission: to spread the Good News. In the Gospels today, you will find God's assurance about hope, faith, and obedience to Him.

Readings:

27th Sunday in Ordinary Time

First Reading

Habakkuk 1:2-3; 2:2-4

How long, O LORD?  I cry for help
but you do not listen!
I cry out to you, "Violence!"
but you do not intervene.
Why do you let me see ruin;
why must I look at misery?
Destruction and violence are before me;
there is strife, and clamorous discord.
Then the LORD answered me and said:
Write down the vision clearly upon the tablets,
so that one can read it readily.
For the vision still has its time,
presses on to fulfillment, and will not disappoint;
if it delays, wait for it,
it will surely come, it will not be late.
The rash one has no integrity;
but the just one, because of his faith, shall live.

Responsorial Psalm

Psalm 95:1-2, 6-7, 8-9

R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Come, let us sing joyfully to the LORD;
let us acclaim the Rock of our salvation.
Let us come into his presence with thanksgiving;
let us joyfully sing psalms to him.
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Come, let us bow down in worship;
let us kneel before the LORD who made us.
For he is our God,
and we are the people he shepherds, the flock he guides.
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Oh, that today you would hear his voice:
"Harden not your hearts as at Meribah,
as in the day of Massah in the desert,
Where your fathers tempted me;
they tested me though they had seen my works."
R./ If today you hear his voice, harden not your hearts.

Second Reading

2 Timothy 1:6-8, 13-14
Beloved:
I remind you, to stir into flame
the gift of God that you have through the imposition of my hands.
For God did not give us a spirit of cowardice
but rather of power and love and self-control.
So do not be ashamed of your testimony to our Lord,
nor of me, a prisoner for his sake;
but bear your share of hardship for the gospel
with the strength that comes from God.

Take as your norm the sound words that you heard from me,
in the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
Guard this rich trust with the help of the Holy Spirit

Holy Gospel Reading: Luke 17:5-10

The apostles said to the Lord, "Increase our faith."
The Lord replied,
"If you have faith the size of a mustard seed,
you would say to this mulberry tree,
'Be uprooted and planted in the sea,' and it would obey you.
"Who among you would say to your servant
who has just come in from plowing or tending sheep in the field,
'Come here immediately and take your place at table'?

'Prepare something for me to eat.
Put on your apron and wait on me while I eat and drink.

Is he grateful to that servant because he did what was commanded?
So should it be with you.
When you have done all you have been commanded,
say, 'We are unprofitable servants;
we have done what we were obliged to do.'"
